We will guide you in your quest to whittle  down the mountain of stash utilizing the FUN patterns available to you.  You will come back the following month ready for work on your project.  This FUN “Stash Buster Club” will inspire you to work your way through the Heap-Pile-Mass-Stack-Ton of wonderful    fabrics just waiting to BREAK-LOOSE….Cabin Fever “Stash Buster Club” offers discount incentives to “Finish-it-up”, FUN FREEBIES exclusively for club members and more. Down Town Auburn Quilt Show

Hear ye, Hear ye!  Come one, come all….Cabin Fever Quilt Shoppe, Downtown Merchants and The Arts Building presents the First Ever  “Downtown Auburn Quilt Show”. FREE to all visitors. Walk the Historic Downtown Auburn area and view quilts made by local artisans. “The Arts Building” will host a Vintage Quilt Exhibit  and lecture by Catherine Kypta. Mark your calendars for Friday and Saturday, September 5 & 6, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We especially invite  all former Cabin Fever students to enter their finished projects!

First it is our mission to provide love , a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill. traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers." Second, it is our mission to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups ,for the benefit of children.

                                       Harriett Hargrave Workshop
                     Friday October 17th  10-4pm
         Enjoy learning true, professional techniques for beautiful machine appliqué. The class will focus on Harriet’s Mock Hand appliqué technique  for “instant gratification” and exploring Curved Piecing ala appliqué. She will also lead a discussion period of threads, needles and many tips and tricks for these techniques.

Would you like to meet with friends and have some quality sewing time? Cabin Fever is the place for you on the third Monday morning and the last Friday evening of each month. You bring your own project, and we’ll provide knowledgeable staff, large cutting table, Big Board ironing station, design wall and snacks. Mini-groups welcome.
  Pre-registration required. Sign up early—class size limited!

   At Quilt Rush 2007, Bethany collected fabric from 15 shops and made this quilt.
     She brought the finished quilt back to this years 2008 Quilt Rush. Bethany has been
